Types of heaters used by the aerosapce industries are mainly the Over The Side Heaters with thermal fuse, Drying and Curing Ovens, Screw In Immersion Heaters. These are supported by Class A RTD pt100 temperature sensor and PID temperature controllers.

Our duct heaters are almost always coupled with SCR power regulator to provide a uniform and efficient control of temperature and humidity. Heatspec Technology can customise the duct heaters to fit the duct sizes in each project. From the typical rectangular ducting to cylindrical ducting, we are proficient in fabricating the most suitable range to suit the size, shape and different orientation of the ducting.
Types of heaters used are usually Insert Type and Slip In Type Duct Heaters. We are also able to design heater for installation in the AHU for both replacement and new projects.

They come with thermal fuse for safety and over temperature protection with high tolerance for corrosive chemicals.
